The United States Senate is made up of 100 Senators with two representing each of the 50 states. However, with all of these different people working together, the question must be asked, who is the most liberal?
The National Journal is a publication that concentrates on political reporting through a combination of magazines, columns, and television reporting. The ratings were compiled by counting specific roll call votes over the last year in the Senate.
